This 16-story addition to an existing four-story building located in the rapidly developing West Loop of Chicago incorporates a steel and glass façade and creates a modern aesthetic with stainless steel spandrels and a coated metal grid. The project also features unique outdoor decks on the 13th floor. A switching station located on the ground floor of the building remained operational throughout construction.
