Project Manager
Phoenix: Opportunity available in our healthcare group as a project manager. The individual in this role will partner with some of the best architects, designers and planners in the field, and work on nationally recognized projects. Qualified candidates must possess at least 10 years experience, with significant healthcare project understanding and healthcare planning experience. Successful applicants must possess strong technical project leadership and management ability, have demonstrated success in client interaction, and outstanding communication skills. Project Architect
Phoenix: Opprtunity available for a project architect with five years experience developing and producing thorough and concise construction documents. Must have familiarity with codes, specifications, and building systems. Experience with Revit or similar BIM project delivery is preferred. Consulting
Energy Consultant
Chicago: Opportunity available for an energy consultant to support our firm-wide commitment to integrated high performance building design and the ongoing growth of our sustainable consulting services. This position has the ability to influence the energy use of all of our work and will support project teams in both our architectural and engineering studios. Experience with building energy efficiency and a working knowledge of building energy modeling is required. Technical analysis skills to support our architectural and engineering design teams with experience using, E-Quest, DOE-2, and/or other energy modeling software is strongly preferred. A working knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1 and LEED certification is desired. Interiors
Interior Designer
Phoenix: Opportunity available for an Interior Designer/Architect. This position is responsible for generating design concepts, design development and visualizations based on experience for hospitality, mixed-use and/or office projects. Some interaction with consultants and participation in client presentations will be required.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of space planning, knowledge of materials and production of construction documents as well as working within established budget parameters and meeting deadlines. You must show ability to problem solve, both individually and as part of a project team and be available for overtime on as needed basis. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage the technical aspects of multiple projects, and the desire to be part of a dedicated team are also critical. Qualifications include 5-9 years of significant corporate interior design experience in an architectural or design firm, a degree from a professional program in interior design or architecture, and solid knowledge of AutoCAD, InDesign, Revit, or similar software. Lighting Designer
Chicago: Opportunity available in our Engineering group for a creative, energetic Lighting Designer. This position will have the opportunity to work in a wide range of market segments and on a variety of project types. Responsibilities will include lighting system layouts, luminaire schedules, control equipment schedules, specifications, computerized lighting modeling and calculations (AGI), shop drawing submittals and project management duties.
Candidates must have at least seven years experience as an architectural lighting designer, with project working commercial and institutional interior, exterior and site lighting design representing a broad range of project types.
