Design Concept Completion

As part of an international competition, OWP/P designed a concept for a mixed-use development located in the center of Chaoyang district. The complex includes offices, high-end residential spaces, retail, a luxury hotel, and hotel-style luxury apartment buildings. The five towers range between 21 and 34 stories and are linked at their bases by a commercial/parking structure.
The goal was to give the complex a unique character through the exterior profile and color of the building, making the complex a new landmark in east Beijing.
