Learning Environment

OWP/P offers a wide range of learning opportunities to help employees expand their skills and develop professionally. We believe that a well-rounded professional is best able to address the challenges of today’s world, which is why our learning program focuses not only on technical skills, but also on business knowledge and personal development.

While we host an extensive catalogue of internal learning sessions, we believe that learning is not restricted to the classroom nor to our four walls, which is why we also offer a mentoring program, on-the-job training and support, and experiential learning opportunities. As an integrated firm, we also use our extensive internal knowledge to promote learning between architectural and engineering disciplines.
