Fortis Investments is a global asset management company with offices in more than 30 countries throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. This regional office introduces the company to the Chicago marketplace.
Our team worked closely with the client and built a consensus that this office would break from the traditional design aesthetic of its other locations. The color palette of chocolate browns and beiges, dark stained wood and glass establish a look of contemporary sophistication.
Having selected the location in part for its proximity to the Sears Tower, views were a priority for the client. Glass is prominent. From the glass-enclosed conference room adjacent to reception to the large sidelights fronting the private offices, the space was designed to be filled with natural light and frame vistas of the city.
