The District projected enrollment of 3,145 students by 2010. To accommodate this growth, OWP/P designed a second high school for 1,500 students with infrastructure for 2,000 students in Lake Villa, Polley Field. The design features a flexible learning environment that allows the school to function as a comprehensive high school or as four instructional clusters to create smaller internal schools. Each cluster has collaborative teacher preparation areas, classrooms that enable inter-disciplinary teaching, science labs and specialized labs. Shared spaces include a commons area, media center, cafeteria, auditorium and athletic spaces.

OWP/P also designed community buildings and athletic fields on campus that integrate with the existing natural landscape and wetlands.
