Renovating a historical national landmark building in the North Annex of Tree Studios, Metropolitan Capital Bank opened a new bank, entering a marketplace for the emerging affluent. Due to the building’s landmark status, unique challenges arose for the design/build and interiors team.
The design solution represented the contemporary image of the owner while preserving the artistic history of the space. All of the furniture pieces and pendant lights were custom designed for the lobby, offices and conference rooms using a combination of dark and warm walnut woods.
