Michael J. Sullivan

As leader of OWP/P’s Retail/Mixed-Use practice, Mike has 23 years of experience assisting clients translate their development goals into reality. A principal of the firm, he brings a commitment to design quality and an ability to understand clients’ specific constraints and positions in the marketplace to create successful, effective solutions.

His portfolio includes retail and mixed-use projects in a variety of scales, environments and locations. Some of Mike’s clients include General Growth Properties, Westfield, Davis Street Land Company, The Fogelson Companies and Residential Homes of America.

Mike is a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers, and he serves on the Real Estate Advisory board for Roosevelt University. He is also a member of the Signage and Urban Design Committee of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association. Mike holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University.
