This renovation maintains the style and elegance of the center’s original 1962 design, while creating a contemporary theme and increasing tenant visibility for leasing manager, Urban Retail Properties.
To provide tenants future flexibility in canopy height, the structural design solution allows alterations to be made to the wall canopy framing. Connecting opposite sides of the center, the crossover canopies have lit “eyebrows”-pieces of glass at the columns-that highlight each retail space.
