Development Resources, Inc. (DRI) is redeveloping a 23-acre parcel of land adjacent to O’Hare International Airport. OWP/P planned the site to accommodate five new office buildings and deck parking.
As part of the redevelopment, OWP/P is currently designing Building One and Building Five for multiple tenants. Open floor plans entail efficient, industry-standard planning modules and flexible systems adapt to future tenant’s most advanced infrastructure requirements. Building One includes a ground-floor restaurant overlooking the tree-lined central boulevard, marking the entry to the site. Both buildings feature a Class A lobby to provide a welcoming environment for visitors and employees alike.
