This 1.6 million SF retail resort, 15 miles south of Denver, helped invigorate land values in the area, was 96% leased when opened and set a new standard in commercial design for leading developer TrizecHahn Centers. Featuring locally quarried stone, timber and copper, the main interior spaces feature large stone fireplaces, oversized furniture, decorative lighting, and fractured stone courtyards with landscaping of boulders and trickling water. The master plan encompasses a 160-acre site, including a town center with restaurants, theaters and specialty stores. The remaining 60 acres are divided into office, commercial, industrial and retail parcels.
