The main goal of the relocation of Performance Trust Capital Partners from a Chicago suburb to a downtown location was to support its efforts in recruiting top bond traders. OWP/P’s integrated team worked with Performance Trust during a thorough building and site evaluation process to gather, analyze, and provide information, helping Performance Trust make the decision to secure a lease for a prominent location at 500 West Madison, a building that also houses many of Performance Trust’s competitors.
