His work with clients such as Advocate, Herman Miller, OSF, Froedtert and UW are helping to redefine clinical, workplace and scientific environments through careful consideration of clients’ businesses and the transformative potential of design. Whether a hospital, research facility or corporate headquarters, Randy leverages the potential of design throughout his projects and the communities they affect.

Randy’s experience spans four continents and he has received numerous accolades. He regularly participates in academic juries, and his award-winning projects have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Modern Healthcare, Architectural Record and Contract.
