By understanding his clients’ business – from the scale of a campus to the needs of the researcher who is on her feet all day – Randy’s perspective on modern culture and its influences on design, business and productivity have led to resounding successes.

Randy’s projects have been published and exhibited internationally and recognized as examples of energy efficient design and sustainability. His award-winning work includes office environments in a variety of settings: from build-to-suit corporate headquarters and corporate interiors to speculative office parks, health and government buildings and a flexible mix of offices and labs for academic centers.

Randy’s international breadth of experience includes corporate headquarters and office complexes in India, Egypt and United Arab Emirates. Locally, his list of clients also includes companies such as Morgan Stanley, Sears, W.W. Grainger and Herman Miller.
