Urban Retail Properties’ Tabor Center redevelopment, prominently located on Denver’s 16th Street transit mall, brings an expressive new façade to a former multi-story single-loaded retail center. The expansion creates 20% more retail space and increases street-side visibility for several new retail tenants.
Store facades on the street level allows individual tenant expressions to reflect the character of each tenant. The complete renovation of the interior space includes addition of all glass public elevators, escalators, and the re-design of all public spaces.
