The complete renovation and 175,000 SF expansion of Heitman Retail Properties’ open-air shopping, dining and entertainment complex features extensive site improvements including canopy-covered walkways, bridges between the north and south sides to improve circulation, and extensive landscaping with water features. Expansion of facilities included the addition of a central court and space for a major new anchor tenant.
