Transwestern Commercial Services, Transwestern’s commercial real estate division, relocated to its own regional headquarters to allow for the continuing growth of it and Transwestern Investment Company, with which it previously shared space.
The office was planned to maximize access to views and create a sense of openness, and offices are fronted in glass to reinforce that sense of openness. Select interior walls are painted in deep blue with illuminated panels to echo the glowing appearance of office floors in the surrounding skyline.
